It watches the careers pages of the companies you choose to track and tells your desk the moment a relevant role is posted — with the decision-makers to approach and a ready-to-send pitch. It's a business-development radar for your desk.
Where does it get the roles from?
Straight from each employer's own careers page and applicant-tracking system (the same structured data Google for Jobs reads). We monitor the source directly, so you often hear about a role before it's widely circulated.
How often does it check?
Automatically, throughout the day. When a new matching role appears you get a single grouped email — no manual searching, nothing to remember.
How is this different from a Google alert?
A Google alert gives you noise; a public search shows you what everyone else already sees. Kaizen watches your specific target accounts, filters to the roles you place in the region you choose, and hands you the contact and the pitch — so it's an outreach tool, not a search.
Do I get the decision-maker's contact details?
Every alert routes you to the most relevant people on LinkedIn — the likely hiring manager, plus talent and HR. On paid plans you can reveal a verified workplace email for the right contact, right on the same card.
Can my whole team use it?
